05-06 RSX-S Update:  Our systen is now CARB approved. CARB EO# D-453-6. The MAP sensor does not need to be relocated or even removed from the throttle body. The inlet casting from the throttle body to the supercharger has been modified with a port so the MAP sensor will have a proper signal. The pulley on the 05-06 system is 3.8" to offset the smaller crank pulley, compared to the 02-04 system which uses a 4.0" pulley. Both systems generate 5psi of boost. The instructions for the 02-04 & 05-06 are the same.

At the heart of this completely new system is Jackson Racing's Gen IV JR62 Supercharger. Utilizing the latest fourth-generation Eaton Rotor Groups, Jackson Racing designed and developed a proprietary supercharger housing with improved intake and discharge port timing. The result is a highly efficient supercharger that creates boost more quickly while also reducing discharge temperatures.

Another significant advance is the Powercard, a very powerful new tuning methodology. PowerCard is a very powerful, yet small, set of electronics (slightly larger than a business card) that takes control of your fuel injection system and adds fuel under boost. PowerCard ushers in the latest in tuning science – gone is the old throttle position and RPM (Alpha-N) based tuning, replaced by PowerCard's powerful and highly effective LOAD BASED tuning methodology.  The days of “sensor manipulation” are gone, Powercard installs in minutes and offers full self-diagnostic capability. It will tell you if it has been installed incorrectly.

The RSX Type-S supercharger system will be available in several configurations ranging from CARB approved street systems to Hondata K-PRO equipped units. If you already have a K-PRO the supercharger can be supplied as hardware only with no fuel management.
